All items are sold "AS IS". Please send us an email if you have any questions. We are a small company and every customer is very important to Voutique.
We fully disclose the condition of each item. In the description of each product, Voutique will specify the condition of the items. The main characteristics of products are shown in detail, with photographs and descriptions. Please note however that the item(s) offered for sale may not correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colour because of the internet browser or colour calibration of the monitor used, as well as the unique settings of your screen. Voutique disclaims all responsibility in this regard.
Please note that Voutique is a reseller of authentic designer and pre-owned merchandise. We are not an authorised dealer and are not affiliated with the specific brands that are sold on our site.
We do, however realize that sometimes items must be returned. Because we are a small company, we must adhere to the following rules when accepting any item(s) for a refund.
Should you intend to return an item, please store the item in a safe place away from cigarette smoke, cooking smells, pets and other distinguishable household smells as we cannot under any circumstances accept items returned to us with an "odour". Thank you for your co-operation.
Please note the following return policy:
- Please notify us via email within 48 hours of the delivery date stated on the [delivery confirmation notice] included with your package that you wish to return an item and include the item number in this communication. Please note that all jewellery items require notification within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Please note this is a very important step in the return process, without such notification, a refund cannot be issued.
- Notification of intent to return any item(s) beyond the required 48 hours will render the transaction a FINAL SALE and no refund will be issued.
- Item(s) must be post-marked for return to:

The item(s) must be sent back within 3 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund.
- Return items must be received in exactly their original condition, undamaged, unworn, and with all [Voutique/Shop name] hang tags still attached, or no refund will be issued.
- Kindly package any item(s) for return carefully and securely. Voutique reserve the right to refuse issuing a refund should item(s) not be sent using the appropriate packaging and care.
- Postage costs, handling and credit card fees are not refundable. In addition, there is a 15% restocking fee on all accepted returns with the exception of evening wear and wedding gowns which are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Double check your measurements before ordering and don't hesitate to email us with fitting questions.
- Refunds, less postage costs, handling and credit card fees and restocking fees are issued upon receipt and inspection of the accepted item(s).
- Any item(s) being returned are your responsibility. There are no refunds issued on items damaged during shipping. Please note that we do not accept liability for goods until they reach us. We therefore recommend you use insured tracking methods of postage. Any claims against damage caused during postage must be filed with Royal Mail or other delivery service provider.
The following transactions are considered FINAL SALES and therefore non-refundable.
a. All sale items - sale items well be designated in the description section of the item and will be marked, "Final Sale". No refunds will be issued on sale items.
b. Any item designated in the description section as "Final Sale" is not eligible for return and no refund will be issued.
c. Gloves, hats, lingerie, rompers and bathing suits are considered "Final Sales" and therefore not eligible for a refund. [Furs are "Final Sale" too.]
